ABOUT ME

Hadley McClellan Schafer is all the things I've dreamed of becoming without knowing I dreamt it in the first place.

I have traveled to so many places all over the world, mostly alone, with so many more places to go and with someone to go with me now too.

I have worked internationally and in the US as a corporate event planner. The only wedding I planned or will plan, was mine. I'm organized in my professional life and I'm a messy piler of things in my personal life. Much to my husband's dismay.

I have a husband, after letting go of the idea that I would ever marry. 

I have sisters and nieces and a nephew and brothers in law. I have friends from here to timbuckto and hold them all so very dear. 

I had the two most amazing dogs and was able to welcome two more when my heart healed after they passed away. I was blessed by the universe with two of the best parents, and know what the pain feels like to lose one of them.

I have had my dream jobs, I have been a yoga teacher and an entrepreneur. I have experienced a reduction in force, a chronic illness, and a message and multiple reminders from the universe to trust her. I have closed a business and ventured on my own again, but this time, without the comfort of a job but with the support of a partner.

Life is so unexpectantly crazily dramatic and beautiful and hilarious. And all the things I know, experienced, built, failed and made successful are because I came to the table with a glass full of life.
